Vivo, the trailblazing innovation giant, is cooking up something extraordinary behind the scenes. Leaks and whispers roaming the internet hint at a revolutionary imaging setup for the upcoming Vivo X100 Pro. And the latest leak, courtesy of Digital Chat Station, confirms the technical details.

The high point of the setup will undoubtedly be the 100mm periscope lens, boasting a wide f/2.5 aperture meticulously crafted for mastering low-light photography. It will help shoot the night sky or the dim-lit scenes with unrivaled clarity.

The camera module doesn't stop impressing; it houses the OmniVision OV64B, a 64MP sensor with native pixels as small as 0.7µm. The support for 4-in-1 binning and native 2x digital crop elevates the handset’s photography game to a new height.

But wait, there's more! VIVO has teamed up with the legendary Zeiss and has graced the Vivo latest 5G model with the prestigious Vario-Apo-Sonnar lenses. The primary sensor, a customized Sony 53MP marvel with a 1/1.43" sensor, promises to capture the scenes with incredible detail.

That’s not the end of the story. The Vivo X100 series has more in store for its users. Alongside the X100 and X100 Pro (coming soon in November), the formidable X100 Pro+ is arriving in early 2024.

The Pro+ boasts camera hardware that's a cut above the rest, featuring a jaw-dropping 200MP telephoto camera, a 1" IMX989 in the primary camera, and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor with a custom V3 ISP chip to handle image processing.

Vivo’s iQOO clan is also stepping up with the iQOO 12 Pro, equipping a 5x periscope OV64B sensor and a sensational 50MP OV50H sensor. The iQOO 12, on the other hand, shares the same primary sensor but might skip the periscope, both powered by the formidable Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
