Vivo V60e 5G Hands-on Leak Confirms Design, Key Features, and Price Tag

The company’s V series always has a budget option, often addressed with an “e” in the moniker. The ongoing V60 model, which is also headed to Pakistan in the next few days, has a “Vivo V60e” alternative, and it was just spotted on the internet with some hands-on images. Here’s what you need to know.

The viral images came with a few internal details, pricing included. These Noble Gold and Elite Purple V60e units were first seen on 91Mobiles along with some key specs. Of course, the design resembles the standard V60, as it should, except for the missing tertiary camera outside the island.

Vivo plans to advertise the V60e with an IP68/IP69 rating, which means it retains the same durability as the original V60 — it can be submerged in water at a depth of up to 1.5 meters. The screen will have Diamond Shield Glass that should resist minor scratches.

The Vivo new V model is supposed to bring three years of OS updates and five years of security patches, which is adequate for a midrange phone. That’s right! The newcomer is considered mid-tier, having a Dimensity 7300 chip at its core, the same as V50e, and up to 12GB RAM on the high-spec option.

There are at least three storage assortments on the way, starting with a basic 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM. The battery on this “e” model is the same as the standard V60. We can’t tell if it’s the Si/C battery, but expect the phone to have 6500mAh capacity.

This huge power source will plug into a 90W fast charge kit on the V60e. The charging speeds are the same as the previous generation, but the higher cell capacity adds hours worth of extra screen time to the phone.

The exact launch date hasn’t been confirmed. The older Vivo V50e debuted in April, and if Vivo sticks to its usual 6-month cycle, the V60e might launch by the end of October. The price is rumored to be around $330 (~PKR 93,000). We currently await the Vivo V60’s arrival in Pakistan. Keep watching the news so you don’t miss any updates.
