Vivo donated 1 Lac Face Masks to Health Ministry in Pakistan

Recently, Vivo has announced to donate essential healthcare supplies to the government of Pakistan during the novel COVID-19 pandemic. The global smartphone brand will be working with the government of Pakistan to help source essential supplies for healthcare. The company has donated 1 lac masks to the authority to be used in the fight against COVID-19 pandemic.


“During these tough times, we are fighting together to win the battle against this pandemic.” Mr. Eric Kong, CEO Vivo Pakistan said in a statement.

Additionally, to curb the spread of COVID-19 Vivo has already taken up various initiatives such as all Vivo employees in Pakistan are asked to work from home and Vivo offices and service centers are closed for the time being.


However, in order to protect the rights of customers, the brand has started to provide extended warranty services on Vivo phones till 31st May 2020.

We have also learned that Vivo has set up the helpline and instant messaging service on it’s official Facebook to help solve customer issues during the lockdown.
