Tecno Spark 50 Pro will appear soon. The company has already launched the vanilla Spark 50 5G and Spark 50 4G in many regions. The Pro is still missing from the picture, though. We have found a new leak that appears to confirm the Spark 50 Pro’s trajectory for the global launch.
The report actually came from PassionateGeeks, so there’s no question that it has reliable information. Apparently, the Tecno Spark 50 Pro is meant for the official global launch in May. One of the Asian markets might see this device after that.
From what we’ve gathered about the device as of yet, the Spark 50 Pro is based on the same design as the Pova Curve 2 5G. That particular model has a curved AMOLED screen. The older Spark 40 Pro also had an AMOLED, so the claim actually makes sense if Tecno were to take the 50 Pro in that direction.
There are, however, some contradictory signs here. The report seems to believe that the Pro could adapt to the original vanilla Spark 50 and use the IPS 6.78” LCD at HD+ resolution. There might be a 120Hz refresh rate and a punch hole cutout. By the way, here are the latest Tecno phone prices and models across various series.
We hear the Spark 50 Pro is based on the Helio G100 Ultimate chipset again, and there could be 8GB RAM and 256GB storage among several other options. Of course, this is a 2026 phone, so there’s always a possibility of an Android 16 and HiOS 16 out of the box.
The camera setup on the Spark 50 Pro is your garden-variety rear 50MP lens and an 8MP selfie. Again, the specs PassionateGeekz have reported today match the basic Spark 50, except one. There’s a faster charging speed and a smaller battery on the Spark 50 Pro.
Either a 6000mAh (single-cell) or a 5600mAh (split-cell) battery will appear on this Spark 50 Pro handset. And they plan to wire the battery packs to a 60W charging kit. There was already a TUV listing for the Spark 50 Pro with a 5800mAh true rating, which they could advertise as a 6000mAh cell. More sources are needed to verify these specs. Keep watching the news for updates.
