Samsung Galaxy A35 listed on Geekbench with Performance Scores and SoC Details

Rumors surrounding the Samsung Galaxy A35 have intensified as the smartphone surfaces on benchmarking platform Geekbench. Positioned to cater to the mid-range segment, this upcoming device promises a blend of premium features and affordability, enticing users with its potential specifications.


Identified by the model SM-A365B, the Geekbench listing unveils the processing faculty of the Galaxy A35, boasting impressive benchmark scores. With up to 1,021 points in single-core and 2,897 in multi-core tests, the handset’s performance using the Exynos 1380 is palpable.

Leveraging a 5nm architecture, the Exynos 1380 ensures efficient operation, featuring an octa-core configuration comprising 4x high-performance ARM Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.4 GHz and 4x power-efficient ARM Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz. 


Visuals are handled by the Mali-G68 MP5 GPU, endowing the Samsung new budget mobile with seamless everyday tasks and casual gaming experiences. According to leaked information, the Galaxy A35 may offer 6GB of RAM, facilitating smooth multitasking and concurrent application usage. 


Expected to run on the latest Android 14, users can anticipate access to cutting-edge features and functionalities upon release. While details from leaks provide insight into some aspects of the Galaxy A35, key specifications such as display size, camera configuration, battery capacity, and storage options remain undisclosed.

However, based on industry speculation and Samsung's product segmentation trends, the Galaxy A35 will likely feature a mid-range AMOLED display with a high refresh rate for optimal user experience. With a decent battery capacity, potentially around 5,000mAh, the phone will bear prolonged usage between charges.  Storage variants, including 128GB and 256GB options, are also on the horizon.
