Samsung Galaxy A04 Lineup Gets a Wallet-Friendly Price Slash in Pakistan; Take a Look

In an appealing turn of events, Samsung has rolled back prices on its Galaxy A04 lineup. The (3/32GB) flavor, once flaunting a tag of Rs 37,500, now settles at a more digestible Rs 31,500. The beefier (4/64GB) counterpart also took a big dip from Rs 43,000 to a snugly Rs 35,500.

The former gets you a whopping discount of Rs 6,000, and the latter spices things up even more with a Rs 7,500 discount. Like every entry-level gadget in the market, the A04 focuses on functionality rather than design.

At a glance, buyers might mistake Galaxy A04 for its frugal relative, the A14, yet it crafts its own identity. It goes for the familiar design with beveled edges, pronounced bezels, an assertive drop-notch, and an unmissable chin, all wrapped around a dual-lens facade.

While it may rock the budget look, Samsung didn't skimp on the internals. The dual-cam back of the Samsung's latest 4G model showcases a 50MP primary sensor paired with a 2MP depth mapper. Fronting it, hidden in the notch, lies a 5MP selfie specialist. Given Samsung's photography prowess, expect crisp shots under bright skies.

On the visuals, Galaxy A04 puts on a show with its 6.5-inch PLS IPS display, painting in 720 x 1600 pixels. It might not rival the mid-tier phones in quality, but it's adequate for daily digests. Plus, at a breezy 192 grams, it's no hassle on the move.

Pakistan gets two A04 memory mixes: 3GB/32GB and 4GB/64GB. They're modest compared to global editions. However, they draw power from the MediaTek Helio P35, an adequate workhorse. Sure, it might stumble occasionally, but it mostly delivers.

With a 5000mAh reservoir and Android 12 preloaded, the A04's initial pricing did raise eyebrows. Yet, this fresh price markdown makes it a tempting pick for those seeking solid specs without breaking the banks.
