Realme recently expanded its budget-friendly C series with the launch of the Realme C55, boasting the "Mini-capsule" counterfeited from Apple's Dynamic Island feature and some well-rounded specs for the lowest possible price. There are whispers that Realme is currently developing a slightly less powerful model, tentatively called the Realme C53.

According to a recent report from MySmartPrice, an image of the upcoming Realme C53 has surfaced, revealing a design that closely resembles the original Realme C55. The lack of the camera bump, two lenses popping out of the shell directly, and a flat panel on the back all look familiar.

The phone's edges maintain a sleek and straightforward design, leaving the right side with the convenient placement of the power and volume buttons. The front of the device boasts a luxury profile, slim bezels, and a discreet punch-hole cutout.

Located at the base of the phone, users will find a speaker grille and a convenient USB-C port. Regrettably, the Realme C53 does not seem to have a 3.5mm headphone jack, which has become an increasingly common omission amongst phone manufacturers. The Realme mobile price is one of its biggest selling points, as it offers top-of-the-line features at a fraction of the cost of other smartphones.

MySmartPrice claims that C53 features at least 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, with details about additional storage variants becoming available at its release. Recent leaks also evoke claims that the newcomer has a 5,000mAh battery.

Following the original C55, Realme C53 will boast 33W fast charging and a similar battery size. While no official announcement has surfaced yet regarding the Realme C53's launch date, the device will undoubtedly be ranked and priced just below the Realme C55, which costs ~160 USD.
