We hear Oppo Find X9s has been put on a global launch trajectory. Of course, there is a Chinese version in the pipeline as well. But the global variant of X9s is a completely different device for some reason. A leak today shared details about the Oppo Find X9s.
The company has already teased the most crucial detail. This newcomer runs a Dimensity 9500s. That very same chip is used on the Redmi Turbo 5 Max, by the way. So we know that it’s an underclocked 3.73 GHz platform with all the features borrowed from the original Dimensity 9500.
Oppo's latest Find mobile is pretty much a flagship handset. The leak says that the global version is built around a 6.59” AMOLED, which is a 1.5K resolution panel. The refresh rate is obviously 120Hz. But nowhere in the leak is it mentioned if it’s LTPO or LTPS.
Three 50MP cameras are possibly used on the Find X9s, or at least that’s what the leak suggests. The first one is a 50MP Sony LYT 700 (main). There’s a second 50MP ultrawide and a third telephoto 3X zoom 50MP sensor. Then comes the selfie, which is supposed to be a 32MP unit.
These “s” versions are usually rehashed devices with some features cut down. They are ditching wireless charging on the global Find X9s. The original Find X9 had a 50W coil. They are, however, bumping the wired charging to 100W, so that’s a nice little bonus.
The battery on the Find X9s will remain identical to the original at 7,025 mAh. By the way, the software installed on it by default is Android 16 with ColorOS 16. We hear it’s a huge UI overhaul over the older ColorOS 15 of the Find X8s.
The global Find X9s is rumored to launch in all international markets in the second quarter of 2026. And about that Chinese Find X9s version. It could be a smaller 6.3” OLED phone. It may have dual 200MP cameras and wireless charging support for a 7,000 mAh battery. This newcomer doesn’t have a launch timeline yet.
