Oppo Find X2 Pro Introduces the Green Vegan Leather Edition, Goes Official Next Week

Though introduced in March, Oppo Find X2 Pro is still making headlines. It originally debuted with Ceramic Black and Orange Vegan Leather colors, which was followed by a Gray Vegan Leather option. Oppo has now announced a new Green Vegan Leather shade – suggesting that fans are receiving the faux leather designs well.

If our readers recall, WhatMobile previously reported that the Oppo Pakistan has teased the arrival of the Find X2 Pro, as well as listed the device on its official webpage. As for the new development, the texture of the rear-facing panel with the Green Vegan Leather edition remains familiar, but it’s colored a solid mint. It’s not as sleek or polished as the ceramic version, but the faux leather does have a muted elegance.

The elaborate camera setup is deep black and contrasts nicely against the sprightly mint green shell. Oppo’s branding stands out too, as it’s painted on a dark green gradient.

To briefly recount the specifications, the Oppo Find X2 Pro touts Oppo’s finest screen yet. That’s a supposed 3K AMOLED panel which can produce an astonishing one billion colors (though the feature is a gimmick more than anything because the human eye can’t perceive that many colors) and a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel itself stretches to wrap around the edges, pushing the side bezels further and giving the build a ‘2.5D’ look.

The triple rear-camera is another defining feature of this particular flagship. Oppo has made a periscope lens part of this ensemble, which combined with the remaining two 48MP cameras, can deliver up to 5x optical zoom.

A Snapdragon 865 chipset handles the processing and is powered by a 4,260 mAh battery that supports 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging (advertised to get your phone up to 100% in only 38 minutes). And you can pick from 12GB/128GB and 12GB/256GB variants.

The same as other versions, the Green Vegan Leather edition also starts at an eye-watering CNY 6,999 (~157,000 PKR). It’ll go on sale in the Chinese market on May 25.
