OPPO A76 is Coming to Pakistan Next Week; 33W Charging and Sleek, Durable Design

Oppo A76 is a newly announced sibling of Oppo A95 that debuted in Malaysia last week. And it’s soon heading out to other Asian markets. Trusted WhatMobile sources report that its next stop is Pakistan. Here is what we have learned.

We don’t expect the launch to be accompanied by a dedicated event — cheap Oppo phones rarely get the red carpet rolled out for them. But the official webpage and announcements for the Oppo A76 will go up by February 28.

The highlight of the Oppo A76 is its 33W SuperVOOC charging. It promises a 55% top-up in just 30 minutes. Five minutes of recharging is good for 2 hours of video streaming. And the 5000 mAh battery inside the phone delivers all-day battery life.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 680, clocked at 2.4GHz, powers the upcoming addition to the Oppo price list. The A76 4g packs 6GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage, to round off the snapdragon chip. ColorOS x Android 11 runs on the hardware. And the display rocks a fluid and smooth 90Hz refresh rate.

You can pick the Oppo A76 in ocean blue and inky black options. The casing is chamfered and subtly textured. Oppo promises some scratch and water resistance too, but there’s no official IP rating. The power button doubles as a thumbprint scanner.

The screen is a 6.56” IPS LCD. Its resolution is an unremarkable 720P, the 180Hz touch sampling is responsive, and the 600 nits of peak brightness is on the lower end. The camera embedded in the O-hole is 8MP, and we find 13MP wide and 2MP portrait lenses on the back. Oppo A76 can shoot in Night, AI portrait, and natural HDR modes.
