Oppo A6 Pro Now in Pakistan with 7000mAh Battery, 80W Charging, 120Hz AMOLED

Oppo A6 Pro brings a huge 7000mAh battery and 80W SuperVOOC charging to Pakistan at a budget price. This is a 4G version of the phone, as expected. That’s a sign of entry-level performance, though the device itself looks premium with a flat construction and a Pro-class AMOLED display.

The screen you see up front is a 6.57” AMOLED panel with a peak 120Hz refresh rate and an FHD+ resolution. It has uniform bezels all around with an AGC Dragontrail Star D+ Glass to keep it safe. This panel has the best color reproduction with 100% DCI-P3 color gamut and 100% sRGB range.

Oppo A6 Pro can push the brightness all the way to 1400nits. Plus, you get a fingerprint ID at the bottom of this screen and a punch hole cutout for the 16MP selfie camera at the top. Now, since this model is 4G-limited, the company chose the Helio G100 chip to power its hardware, which competes in the low-to-average performance segment.

The CPU clocks at 2.2GHz, and the hardware acceleration comes from its integrated Mali G57 GPU. The new Oppo budget mobile skimps on the raw power, but at least it doesn’t spare any expense when it comes to the battery and charging speeds.

Only a few devices in the Pakistani market have a 7000mAh battery, and Oppo A6 Pro is now one of them. It will get you through the day with plenty of energy to spare. The backup comes from an 80W wired charger, which, by the way, is packed inside the box with the A6 Pro.

The only two colors available for this newcomer in Pakistan are Stellar Blue and Rosewood Red. One of them has a textured back plate with a pattern, and the other is just a plain rear shield. The A6 Pro has two lenses on the back, but just a single functioning sensor.

The phone’s rear lens setup is your garden-variety 50MP + 2MP sensor combo with some AI feature to enhance photos manually. The A6 Pro uses UFS 2.2 fast storage to store videos and images. The RAM type is LPDDR4X. The variants landing in Pakistan are 8/128GB and 8/256GB memory trims and they officially cost Rs 74,999 and Rs 79,999. The pre-orders for Oppo A6 Pro start a day after tomorrow, September 27th.
