Nokia 3.4 Leaks: Alleged Mockup, Pricing, and Core Specifications Revealed

HMD Global has several products lined up for launch soon, featuring mid-range to entry-level smartphones. Among others, we're expecting the Nokia 3.4 to make an appearance at the release event. And even though the smartphone-maker hasn’t made any announcements, an alleged mockup of the budget device has surfaced online. We’ll take a closer look.

The Nokia 3.4 render is published by a reliable phone leaker. We start with the all too familiar donut camera housing, protruding out the back panel. Inside it, three cameras and an LED flash are set in a matrix layout — reflecting Nokia’s latest design playbook.

A round fingerprint scanner rests below the camera setup. Finally, there’s a subtle line texture covering the entire length of the 3.4's back, painted in a blue-to-cyan gradient. It will also be available in purple and charcoal editions.

The camera system on Nokia 3.4 allegedly uses a 13MP main camera and a pair of 2MP auxiliary sensors — one for depth-mapping and the other for macro shots. The front camera is 8MP. While we’re not shown a render of the front panel, the source points to a 6.5” HD+ panel with a 20:9 aspect ratio. The handset will fall in the low mid-range Nokia mobile price category.

Nokia’s processor falls short once again, even for a budget-sensitive model. Qualcomm’s previous-gen Snapdragon 429 chipset lives at the heart of the phone, combined with 32GB of storage (which could go up to 64GB) and 3GB of RAM.

The internal hardware is powered by a 4,000 mAh battery and, of course, the stock Android One (based on Android10). Nokia 3.4 is supposedly slated for launch in October and might start from £129 (Rs. 29,000).
