Motorola Razr 60 Ultra has arrived in Pakistan through CoreTech. This is a flagship clamshell phone, and it runs on a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. There are dual 50MP cameras cropped into the rear display. It has a massive folding screen right on the front. This is everything you need to know.
The hinge is stainless steel, and the frame is aluminum, so it has a sturdy design at 199g. It even has an IP48 rating, which makes it waterproof and dustproof to some extent. By the way, its outer screen has Ceramic Gorilla Glass. This should save it from scratches.
Motorola new 5G mobile is built on a 7” AMOLED. This folding screen actually runs at 165Hz with 1.5K resolution. And this does have an LTPO variable refresh rate, so the screen is pretty efficient as well. Local peak brightness on this screen is 4,500 nits. Then we get to the rear display.
This cover AMOLED is also a 165Hz FHD+ panel with LTPO tech. This is also 4” with two lenses cropped into the corner: 50MP (main) + 50MP (ultrawide). The peak brightness is a tad lower at 3,000 nits, but it does have the same Dolby Vision and HDR10+. So the transition is almost always seamless when you switch screens.
By the way, it’s a phone from early 2025, so all you get is Android 15 from the outset. You’ll fall two generations behind. And the performance is actually delivered by the old Snapdragon 8 Elite, which is also a two-year-old chip at 4.32GHz. It does have all the modern tools and an Adreno 830 GPU.
The chip allows for 8K 30 FPS or 4K 120 FPS recording from the rear camera. There’s no card slot. The variant in our market has 512GB (UFS 4.0) storage with 16GB RAM. And the 50MP front shooter is supposed to record 4K 60 FPS clips.
The battery inside the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra is 4700mAh. This pack will recharge over either 68W wired or 30W wireless charging puck. The fingerprint sensor is on the side. And yes, it does have stereo speakers and WiFi 7 support. Razr 60 Ultra is priced at Rs 299,999 in Pakistan for the solo 16/512GB trim.
