We’ll eventually meet the new Infinix Hot 70 lineup, as the older Hot 60 devices complete their half-year stint. The Hot 70 Pro is already on the rumor mill’s radar. It just got its first official CarlCare listing in the Indonesian market. Hot devices from Infinix usually end up in Pakistan. So this is everything you should know.
CarlCare’s Indonesian site just updated the database with a model code X6896. The title is right next to this number, by the way. This newcomer is apparently called the Infinix Hot 70 Pro, and its storage limit seems to be 128GB. There’s no more than 6GB of RAM on this handset.
This was the only memory trim we saw on the CarlCare database for the Hot 70 Pro, AKA Infinix X6896. We have two theories as to why this phone only has a 6/128GB option. This is on CarlCare’s local Indonesian support database, so this could just be a regional restriction.
The rest of the global market might still welcome more storage options, with better RAM, since it is the Pro version. There’s also a chance that this is just a single memory trim for the possible 5G version they plan to introduce this time around. Here, you can see Infinix phones' prices, ranging from budget-friendly models to competitive mid-range and premium options.
You can see in the listing that it is a 5G handset. That’s not usually the case with the Hot series. Hot 70 Pro will obviously drop that basic Helio G200 chip and choose something better. Maybe a Dimensity 6300 or some adjacent SoC is on the way. That question will be answered in due course.
Infinix hooked up the older Hot 60 Pro with a Helio G200 chip, which was not a huge performance upgrade. All their R&D went into the designs as they made those Hot 60 phones thinner. They are obviously working on the versatility with the Hot 70 series in 2026. Hence, the new 5G version.
This was all reported by TheTechOutlook, which first visited the CarlCare listing and spilled it. The details are definitely believable coming from their publication. And it obviously means the phone is locked and loaded for the Indonesian market and later for the entire world. Keep watching the news for more updates.
