Infinix Hot 11S to Feature Helio G88; Pricing, Storage Options, and Launch Timeline

Infinix wrapped up the rollout of the Hot 10 series in the second quarter of 2021. But the Chinese phone-maker is already working on a sequel lineup. This upcoming Hot 11 series features, among others, the Infinix Hot 11S. And we have its specs and pricing to report.

Sources note that the Infinix Hot 11S is slated for launch in mid-September. It’s offered in memory options — 4GB+64GB and 6GB+64GB. The base version starts from $136 (~ Rs. 22,600), and the top-end variant is priced at $149 (~ Rs. 24,800.) Following its debut in India, it should head to other Asian markets, presumably including Pakistan.

Infinix has also been teasing the chipset that powers the Hot 11S. The new entry-level phone is the first Infinix device to run on the MediaTek Helio G88. It’s a refreshed Helio G85, built on a 12nm process and designed to handle 90Hz screens. The Redmi 10 recently debuted with the same silicon putting it in direct competition with the Hot 11S.

Rumors specify a 90Hz screen for the Hot 11S, much like the Hot 10S. And unless the Infinix new model 2021 has a display upgrade planned, the resolution will still peak at a modest 720P. In typical Infinix fashion, we could be looking at an oversized panel — that measures at least 6.8” across.

Similarly, expect long-lasting battery life, powered by a 6000 mAh cell. The camera system would feature a 48MP lens. Plus, Infinix Hot 11S should quick-charge over 18W. We’ll have more details once the official promo campaign kicks off.
