While rumors earlier were suggesting a 25W fast wireless charging for the new Huawei mate 30 series, a piece of new information has just surfaced the web confirming the upcoming flagship to arrive with a 30W ultrafast wireless charge support instead of just 25 watts.

Today (August 15th), the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) has listed the certification information for a Huawei wireless charging board CP61. The new wireless charger will be introduced with Huawei Mate 30 series and supports fast-charging up to 30W which can clearly be seen in the documentation provided. The wireless charger provided earlier with the previous generation Mate 20 series was known as CP60.

Last year, Huawei Mate 20 Pro arrived with 40W wired and worlds fastest 15W wireless charging support. The crown was later overthrown by Xiaomi Mi 9 with 20W wireless and now the Huawei is all set to beat Xiaomi to hold the record for the fastest wireless charging support, once again.

The Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro are expected to be launched next month on 19th of September. Equipped with Kirin 990 SoC and a circular quad-camera module on the back with TWO 40 MP camera sensors, the Mate 30 Pro is all ready to set some new standards. The handset also has a 6.71-inch 90Hz OLED screen, 55W wired and of course the 30W fast wireless charging.
