In the ever-evolving world of tech, Honor is rising steadily. Picking up the pace, the brand plans to hit the limelight again. Fresh off the launch of the world's slimmest foldable smartphone in July 2023, Honor is gearing up to drop another bombshell — the Honor Magic Vs2.

Tongues began slipping when Digital Chat Station, the much-followed Chinese tech sleuth on Weibo, dropped hints about Honor's surprise move. According to DCS, Honor is priming for a debut, unveiling the Magic Vs2 in China shortly.

Magic Vs2 isn't just a sequel. Sources hint it to be the more refined sibling of its predecessor, the Honor Magic V2. Reportedly, it might be trimmer and more lightweight than the previous model and could give the likes of Samsung, Oppo, and Motorola a run for their money.

The upcoming Honor new foldable phone is ready to flaunt sides crafted from a luxurious rare earth metal magnesium alloy, outclassing the 2023 norm of aluminum-bodied devices.

The company's head honcho, Zhao Ming, recently teased the tech community with mentions of Honor's aim to churn out groundbreaking devices that defy conventional imagination, with foldables at the center of the stage.

For a trip down memory lane, Honor's Magic V2, launched last year, tipped the scales at a mere 231g, making it feather-light compared to Apple's iPhone 14 Pro Max. The former champion came packed with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, a mammoth 1TB storage space, and a beefy 5,000mAh battery.

The setup accompanied a zippy 66W charging feature. For cameras, the Magic V2 housed a 50MP alpha, 20MP telephoto, and 50MP Ulltra-wide sensors. The camera upfront is a 16MP selfie shooter, hiding in a sleek drop-notch. With such a rich legacy from its predecessor, the Honor Magic Vs2 will likely be a game changer.
