I have bought this phone in rs.18200 but after one week its battery charging became very slow. I went to qmobile and complained about it. They said that it is healthier for battery to charge slowely because it will not drain so fast. I said that but it is draining is faster than lg. The customer care person said BHAI lg used kar rahay than why you have bought q mobile . lg may kuch fault hoga
This is how a staff of qmobile behave with customer. I came outside and shown my mobile to a shopkeeper. He said bring box , warranty card etc and he will buy this mobile in rs. 14000 so this is resell value of qmobile if anybody wants photo of warranty card send me their email address I will send them
