After a round of high-end smartphone announcements and launches, Vivo will soon be adding the Y35 to its mid-range portfolio. The new Vivo Y55 sibling has cleared numerous certifications, including EEC, TKDN, Indonesian Telecom, and Geekbench. All these listings combined reveal a handful of crucial internals regarding the Y35 and quote a common model number, V2250.

Starting with the Geekbench website, the Vivo Y35 is mentioned to be powered by the Snapdragon 680. This 4G processor is based on a 6nm architecture having four 2.4 GHz Kryo 265 Gold and four Kryo 265 Silver cores with a 1.9GHz base frequency. The Geekbench 4 tests reveal a single-core score of 1,788 points, while the multi-core scores yield 5,972 points.

The testing has taken place on a 4GB Y35 variant with FunTouch OS 12 based on Android 12; however, more storage variants are expected. The recent TKDN certification also revealed that the handset would support 4G LTE and FDD bandwidths.

Considering the target market of the Vivo Y35, it is tipped to arrive with basic-tier specifications carrying a mid-range Vivo mobile price tag. The handset is rumored to deploy an IPS LCD panel with Full HD+ resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. The rear will allegedly boast a polycarbonate finish, adorned with a triple camera setup.

Vivo will launch the Y35 as a successor to the Y33 announced back in October 2021. It was also a 4G handset, and the Y35 doesn't come with any significant changes except the chipset used inside.

It's too early to anticipate any further information as the brand has yet to finalize the launching schedule of the Vivo Y35. However, the device will most likely hit the Pakistani market after its global debut.
