The current X300E came out in July 2026. The next version will obviously take a few more months to launch, but they have already started working on its successor. Vivo X500E just got certified by the Bluetooth SIG. And this is everything we know about it so far.
Bluetooth SIG actually listed the phone under model code V2656. The moniker and code were right next to each other on the file, so there’s no need for guesses or theories. This is definitely the Vivo X500E. The newcomer would probably rank somewhere below the vanilla X500.
Now that we know its model number, any future certification that covertly lists the X500E will be recognized immediately. And we can extract information from it. Anyway, there haven’t been any such filings yet. So we have to rely on leaks and reports.
There are rumors that the X500E is actually built around a Dimensity 9500 3nm SoC. Seeing that the older version came with the SD 8 Gen 5, that’s still a decent performance upgrade. That’s a jump from 3.8GHz to 4.21GHz. Even the GPU is stronger in raw performance. For the latest information on Vivo mobile prices, visit the Vivo Smartphone Price List and compare your options.
The screen might be a 6.59” panel, likely an AMOLED, same as the X300E’s, with a 144Hz refresh rate and 5000nits brightness. It’s said the Vivo X500E’s main camera will use a 50MP sensor, and there will be a 64MP periscope telephoto sensor right next to it. X300E had a 50MP telephoto.
The battery upgrade isn’t as big as some of its other siblings. But it’s still a 300mAh difference. The X500E has jumped from 7200mAh to 7500mAh Si/C if the rumors are anything to go by. By the way, this is going to be the 4th installment in their new series, which already had the X500 Pro/Pro Max and the vanilla X500. Keep watching the news for more updates.
