The Vivo X200 series launched back in October 2024, and its sequel will likely debut in the same month. A leaker recently shared a post on Weibo, spilling the launch schedule for the Vivo X300 series. In the same post, we found the chipset details for both of its member devices.

This year’s collection will start with Vivo X300 and X300 Pro. Both phones are marked for an early October launch, as soon as the National Day festivities end in China. The mid-autumn holidays will last from 1 to 8 October, and the event might be held sometime after that.

As always, the Chinese launch will happen first, followed by a global debut in later weeks. The leaker who pointed out the release month, Smart Pikachu, also informed the public about a Dimensity 9500 chip and ZEISS T* lens coating making its way to Vivo X300 and X300 Pro.

There’s no official information about the Dimensity 9500 on the internet. However, the rumor mill believes it has all-big-core architecture, and this could be the first silicon from MediaTek to cross 4GHz clock speeds. Integrated on this chip is an Immortalis-Drage GPU with improved ray tracing performance.

The leaker’s post is your clue that Vivo is planning to team up with ZEISS again. The camera quality on the X300 series will be top-notch as usual. Vivo also seems to be working on headphones, a few IoT products, and some wearable items, all headed for a launch on the same day as the latest Vivo flagship mobile

Smart Pikachu only revealed the surface-level details on Weibo. After digging a bit deeper, we found that X300 might be a compact phone with a 6.3” display. That’s the same size as the current Vivo X200 mini. On the other hand, X300 Pro will maintain a standard screen size.

Vivo X300 Ultra will debut a few months down the line, possibly in early 2026. This may be the only member on the team with a Snapdragon 8 Elite 2. We should be hearing more about the lineup in the upcoming weeks. Keep watching the news so don’t miss anything.
