Vivo V70 FE Spotted on Geekbench with Chipset, RAM, and OS Details

Vivo wants to release an FE and Elite version this time around, which have never been seen in the V series before. We have had our crosshairs on the V70 Elite version ever since it got certified. But today, the Vivo V70 FE got itself listed on the Geekbench database with important details.

The V70 FE gained a certification in Indonesia with the model number V2550. That’s how we know that this Geekbnehc scorecard actually belongs to the V70 FE. Anyway, this seems to be an OpenCL test, which means it’s not a CPU, but a GPU benchmark.

We have to admit that the Vivo latest FE mobile does pretty well on this test. A 2,507 score is about what you can expect from the chip V70 FE has. If we are reading the specs correctly, this could be a 4nm 2.5GHz Dimensity 7300 SoC that has an onboard Mali-G615 MP2 GPU.

Because the vanilla V70 is supposed to carry Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, it’s a fair assumption that V70 FE ranks below it, so it must have a cheaper price tag as well. Anyway, Geekbench said that an Android 16 system is put inside the V70 FE. It could be an OriginOS 6 UI.

There’s also at least 8GB of RAM on this handset. But it’s always possible that more versions exist with better RAM. You can tell that this device is a premium and better version than the usual Lite and E variants, even though the company hasn’t said anything about their ranks.

The V70 Elite fills another rank that’s above the vanilla V70. We hear it has the older flagship Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, probably the last of Qualcomm’s chip stock. The 8s Gen 3 is the cutdown version of 2023’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Its clock speed is 3.0 GHz with Adreno 735 GPU.

The chip obviously makes the V70 Elite the best device of all three handsets, and probably others in the series as well. It’s being said that the rollout is supposed to begin by mid-February. So keep watching the news for further updates.
