Vivo V70 FE Official Filing Confirms Battery, Charging Speed, and IP Rating

Vivo V70 FE and V70 Elite are extended categories for the lineup this year. They both got certified a few days ago. So we know they are real and on their way. The one with the FE moniker has the model code V2550. This newcomer has been slapped with the European Energy label today.

This has tipped off more than a few details about this device, other than reaffirming its existence. The energy label is given to the V70 FE after extensive testing, of course. It was shown right on the sticker that it has a B-tier drop safety and a C-tier repairability.

The battery’s true rated capacity is 6,870 mAh. But they’ll surely advertise it as 7,000 mAh on V70 FE. The energy label has also tested the battery’s life cycle. And it will probably last for years before dropping to 80% health. They’ve marked it down for 1600 cycles.

The charging speeds won’t be as good as the basic V70, but there’s still a fast enough 55W input. This newcomer also has an IP68 rating, or at least that’s what the Energy label tested it for. Vivo Latest FE model will survive even if you submerge it in water.

The exact numbers weren’t given, but it should be rated for at least 1.5m and 30 minutes. That’s typical with the IP68 rating. This Euro Energy Label didn’t have all the answers for us. So we look elsewhere to know more about the Vivo V70 FE.

We also found a Geekbench listing for the Vivo V70 FE that was added to the database just two days ago. It was the OpenCL GPU test. The cores are split into two clusters: 4 x 2.5 GHz and 4 x 2GHz. There’s only one chip that has the same core architecture, which is Dimensity 7300.

It’s equally possible that the chip is a MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Turbo SoC, per the latest rumors. But nothing’s set in stone yet. They are going with a base 8GB RAM here. Of course, the OS will be Android 16. Vivo V70 FE will probably roll out soon. Keep watching the news for updates.
