About a week ago, WhatMobile did a full coverage on the Vivo V60 Lite 4G and 5G versions, which had just opened pre-orders in the Pakistani market. Well, the shipment began today for whoever pre-ordered it, and the local stores, both physical and online, have now embellished their shelves with the fresh stock of Vivo V60 Lite.
We are here to tell you all the details about these newcomers so you may decide if the 4G version suits you or the 5G. And trust us! They are pretty different and each has its pros and cons. You’ll find a Snapdragon 685 chip on this 4G Lite, which is serviceable but far from ideal at this price point.
The V60 Lite 4G is based on Cortex-A73 2.8GHz cores and an Adreno 610 GPU. Both specs fall in the entry class. Plus, this particular version is here with only an 8/256GB (UFS 2.2) memory trim. If you can make peace with this storage size, RAM, and processor at Rs 76,999, go for it. But we absolutely recommend the V60 Lite 5G if you have an extra Rs 18,000 to spend.
The Vivo's latest 5G mobile is a bit more expensive, but it’s futureproof and worth every penny as it scores a MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Turbo chip. This is a newer 2.5GHz platform with a 6nm process node and Mali-G615 MC2 GPU. Power users should definitely go for this particular version.
This phone will give you 5G support when the service becomes available in Pakistan. It will be here sooner than you think. Apps are becoming more RAM-heavy, so a V60 Lite 5G makes much more sense. They released it with a 12/256GB memory option in Pakistan.
There’s faster UFS 3.1 storage here. The 5G also gives you better WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4. Also, it’s the only version with HDR10+ support. For the rest, these newcomers are pretty much the same.
Android 15 FunTouch OS 15 is built into their systems. Each version has a 50MP + 8MP setup on the back and a 32MP selfie. There’s a uni-bezel 6.77” AMOLED here at 120Hz and 1080p quality. Both have the same 6500mAh battery with 90W charging. Vivo V60 Lite 5G is officially priced at Rs 94,999, and the V60 Lite 4G retails at Rs 76,999.
