Reports of the upcoming Vivo V30 series have surfaced mere weeks after the debut of the Vivo V29 lineup. This new series will likely introduce two innovative smartphones: the Vivo V30 and the Vivo V30 Pro. Here’s everything we know about these devices.


A glimpse into these devices went online through a recent listing on the GSMA's IMEI database, revealing the model numbers V2318 and V2319 for the Vivo V30 and V30 Pro, respectively. However, the specifics about the Vivo V30 series remain under wraps, with no further information on the document. 

Given the recent launch of the Vivo V29 series, it might be premature to anticipate the imminent release of the Vivo V30 series. For those who need a quick refresher, here's what the predecessors, Vivo V29 and Vivo V29 Pro, offer. Both handsets boast a 6.78-inch AMOLED display featuring Full HD+ resolution and an impressive 120Hz refresh rate. These devices share a sleek curved-body design, accentuated by a metallic frame and a glass rear panel.


On the rear, the Vivo V29 series sports a triple-camera setup headlined by a 50MP primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS). On their fronts, the Vivo's latest 5G mobile houses a formidable 50MP selfie camera capturing stunning face shots and facilitating crystal-clear video calls.


Under the hood, the Vivo V29 has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC, while the Vivo V29 Pro packs the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC. Both smartphones offer up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, running on the Android 13-based Funtouch OS 13.
