We have seen numerous leaks regarding the Vivo V25 series in previous days. The vanilla V25 was advertised by Virat Kohli in his recent tweet. Now, the handset has been certified by Geekbench ahead of the global unveil. The listing reveals essential information regarding the V25.

Per the Geekbench certification, the Vivo V23's successor comes under the model code V2202. An octa-core processor will fill the CPU’s position with model number MT6877V, dubbed the MediaTek Dimensity 900. The chipset is justifiable, considering the V25 will be an upper-midrange device.

As far as the Geekbench 5 tests go, the Vivo V25 5G pulled off 1997 multi-core points and 700 single-core scores. The testing has taken place on the 8GB version of V25. Moreover, the GPU supporting the Dimensity SoC will be Mali G68. Other RAM variants are also expected; however, they all will have Android 12 in common. Vivo’s latest Origin OS Ocean could also be found operating the V25.

The chipset information negates the previous rumors of the V25 being a rebranded variant of the Chinese S15 Pro, as a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 CPU powers that device. The Pro V25 has also clinched some major certifications and is expected to drop soon.

A color-shifting Flourite AG Glass panel is expected to embellish the V25 Pro’s rear shell. It might deploy a MediaTek 1300 SoC under the hood, while a triple rear camera setup could handle the photography.

No word on the Vivo phones price tags yet. On the front, there would be a stunning AMOLED 120Hz panel with a curved design. However, users are advised to take this information with a pinch of salt as the vanilla V25 also shied away from the anticipated specifications. The phone is also expected to arrive in Pakistan in the coming months
