Vivo V23e — an upcoming edition of the latest line of Vivo V-series — has made a few headlines these past few months. The phone has collected product certifications. And its hands-on previews were leaked over the weekend before the official launch.

The launch campaign for Vivo V23e will kick off between November 2 and November 5. The phone might debut in Vietnam because a phone leaker based in the country tweeted an official-looking promo poster and photos featuring the V23e. The V23e seems to be a mild refresh of the last-gen Vivo V21 series.

Vivo V23e still has a notch and oversized chin surrounding its display. It’s reportedly an OLED panel that houses an in-display fingerprint scanner. The edges are flat and sharp, containing a USB-C port and a speaker grille.

The build is missing a 3.5mm audio jack this time. Also, a sleek, lightweight body can be expected. A high refresh rate is a no-brainer feature.

The shell is made of glass and finished in glossy iridescent color. Three lenses and LED flash are found embedded in the raised camera platform. Vivo has ditched the ‘cyclops’ design for a vertically stacked layout. It’s a cluster of 64MP wide, 8MP ultra-wide, and 2MP macro lenses. Flip the phone over to reveal a 50MP front camera.

Everything runs on a 4030 mAh battery and a 5G chip. Vivo V23e charges over 44W. Plus, the Android 12 based FunTouch OS 12 powers the hardware. The baseline The V23e starts at a Vivo mobile price tag of VND 10,000,000 (due to insanely high taxes in Vietnam.)
