Samsung Galaxy S23 Series Dummy Mockups Discovered; Here's the Design-wise Overview

Samsung is apace doing certification runs for the Galaxy S23 series. So far, the Korean giant has listed the lineup on FCC, TENAA, and Geekbench databases. In the documents, Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra have revealed the chief components under their helms.

While the OEM confirms the internal stats on Samsung Galaxy S23 certifications, the series’ appearance is still under debate. Tipsters are at work digging up all the hidden info about their designs. In a recent report, the tipster Leakspinner gave away some images of S23 series dummy mockups.

Typically, dummy mockups, which get leaked ahead of launch, are the closest representation of the phone’s imminent design. The galaxy S23 series must bear the same effect. The images tip a total makeover on the base Galaxy S23 pair. At the same time, the Galaxy S23 Ultra looks more or less like its predecessor.

The design and renders leaked over the last few months have nicely divulged the series' authentic appearance. And the dummy models affirm the alleged blueprints.

The pictures here reiterate that S23 and S23 Plus are ditching last year’s contour-cut design in which the camera island melts into the top left corner of the phones. Their new design now has a closer philosophy to the S22 Ultra, with lenses popping out of the frame directly.

The dummies here are more or less black slabs and don’t give an accurate representation of the real thing. The previous render leaks provide a more accurate picture of how they look. As more leaks appear online, we're likely to have all our doubts put to rest in the coming weeks. The Galaxy S23 series should go official at next year's Unpacked Event.
