Samsung has yet to disclose the plan, but the rumors confirm that Galaxy A74 will not see the light of day. Many believe the S22 FE will fill its place in the Samsung price catalog. A Twitter leak posted by a credible tipster confirms its existence. Here's what we've gathered so far.

A leak appeared on Twitter mere moments ago, revealing that the Samsung Galaxy S22 FE is in the works. Allegedly, the device may bear a MediaTek engine. A Tweet by a Korean leaker points out that the Galaxy S22 FE and Galaxy Buds 2 are imminent. Another known leaker corroborated the fact while adding that S23 FE would not exist.

S22 FE's arrival and launch plans are still vague. According to some reports, Samsung will hold the next Galaxy Unpacked event on Feb. 1 to announce the Galaxy S23 series. The chain might unveil fan-favored products like S22 FE and Tab S8 FE in the second session of the unpacked.

Alternatively, Samsung will take its traditional route and soft launch the fan edition products a few weeks after their Primary S23 series release. The exciting news is that the FE edition S22 will court its position inside Samsung mid-range devices, meaning a budget Samsung phone price tag.

Spec leaks on S22 FE have started gaining momentum. In the early suggestions, rumors point to an Exynos 2300 chipset under its hood and Samsung's own ISOCEL 108-megapixel primary camera. S22 FE might also cost the same as the former Galaxy A73 — 499 USD, placing it just below the Samsung S22 new price in Pakistan.

The most awaited Tab S8 FE might also bring Exynos 2300 chip under the helm. It's one of Samsung's flagship chipsets and outperforms many former Snapdragon 800 series SoCs. We'll keep updating S22 FE developments in the news to keep you in the loop.
