Samsung Galaxy F52 5G Will Soon Launch Globally; Features, Pricing, and Launch Timeline Leaked

Over the past few seasons, Samsung has been repackaging certain Galaxy M phones as Galaxy F-series models — sold through exclusive online channels in India. But this lesser-known budget lineup is soon going global, with a launch in China first. The Samsung Galaxy A52 cousin AKA the F52 is the first original Galaxy F phone to go global, and we have its pricing and launch timeline to report.

The Samsung Galaxy F52 5G was leaked on the Chinese microblogging platform Weibo in an official-looking promotional poster. As seen in the image, the F52 5G comes in two colors: turquoise and dark emerald. It will be formally announced on May 20, following which the phone can be pre-ordered in China until June 1.

No specifications were listed along with this leak; for those, we turn to the photos WhatMobile recently published, featuring the Galaxy F52 5G in the wild. Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G chipset does the number-crunching inside the F52 5G. It's hooked up to a 4350 mAh battery, capable of fast charging at 25W of power (the highest-end speed that Samsung has to offer.)

For visuals, we’re looking at a 6.57” IPS LCD screen on the Samsung new mobile with a Full HD resolution and a hole-punch located off-center (breaking the Infinity-O layout of a typical Samsung phone.) The Galaxy F52 build also features beveled edges, a flat back, and a convenient 3.5mm headphone jack located on the bottom.

The triple camera system follows the standard budget mold. Galaxy F52 5G features a 64MP wide lens on the back and a 16MP camera on the front. It’s expected to start from CNY 2,000 (~ Rs. 47,000.)
