New products are around the corner, says Lu Weibing, President of Xiaomi. And Digital Chat station corroborates by saying Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 line is about to deploy. The tipster claims that it's happening within the month. We've discovered some of the lineup's alleged specs. Take a look.

The roundup recently appeared on the 3C's public certification listing, revealing Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 successor with 120W charging speed. The baseline Note 12, on the other hand, reserves a 67-watt adapter for recharging. The trend is about to shift since the former Note 11 & 11 Pro only support 33W and 67W, respectively.

Price-wise, the simple Note 12 might cost between 35,000 and 45,000, and the Note 12 Pro cost should lie between 45,000 and 60,000. Xiaomi will formally announce the prices via a keynote soon. So stay tuned for that.

Reportedly, the brand might opt to equip these new Xiaomi Redmi mobile phones with Dimensity chipsets this time. The name Dimesity 1080 appeared in a recent leak; it's an unannounced chip with Antutu scores on par with Snapdragon 778G 5G. Based on 6nm fabrication, the oncoming SoC likely flaunts an extreme 2.6GHz clock speed and integrated Arm Mali-G68 GPU. Antutu's benchmarks give it a score between 500,000 and 600,000.

As usual, Note 12 and Note 12 Pro Plus will hit the Global Market initially, while the Note 12 Pro might stay within the brand's origin. The new lineup will present specs inherited from Xiaomi's Mid-year launched Redmi Note 11T series, as Implied by Lu Weibing's "inexpensive flagship performance" statement about both lineups. So far, the details are pretty scarce; we'll give you an update as soon as anything new comes up.
