The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 series continues to make rounds on the internet before its expected launch on October 28. The latest set of teasers from the official promo campaign highlight the phone’s charging powers. Here is what we learned.

The upcoming Redmi Note 11 series features 120W HyperCharge technology. Xiaomi first introduced this charging brick with their flagship Mi phones. And it now seems to have trickled down to the value segment.

When drawing max power, the technology should recharge the Note 11 to 100% in just under 20 minutes. This cutting-edge support makes the Note 11 series the fastest in the category. However, we suspect it will be limited only to the highest-end Redmi note 11 Pro Plus edition. The Pro variant still peaks at a respectable 67W.

The rest of the hardware inside the Note 11 Pro+ also competes with Xiaomi’s flagships. For starters, the Dimensity 1200 chipset at the heart of the Pro+ is the top-end chip from MediaTek. It’s combined with fast UFS 3.1 storage and a hefty 5000 mAh battery.

The screen is a 120Hz OLED panel, presumably delivering a 1080P resolution at an affordable Xiaomi mobile price. Dual speakers, NFC payments, fine-tuned vibration motor, and ultra high-res 108MP camera complete the premium experience. You get upwards of 256GB of storage and 8GB of memory. Plus, the Note 11 Pro+ sports a trendy flat-edge design, offered in Dream Galaxy, Quiet Purple, and Blackland colors.
