Xiaomi’s comprehensive Redmi Note 10 series targets almost every budget segment in the market. The only edition missing is a 5G variant for the Note 10 Pro. But Xiaomi is soon rounding off this selection with this new model, a source with information on the matter reports.

Courtesy of the Twitter-based phone leaker, Abhishek Yadav, we learn that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G is coming soon with the Snapdragon 750G. The chip is built on an 8nm fabrication process with a 2.2GHz CPU and the X52 5G modem baked into it.

Mr. Yadav also attached two promotional posters with his tweet, giving us a preview of the phone’s shell and the Qualcomm silicon it rocks. If you’ve seen the LTE edition of the Redmi Note 10 Pro, you’ll find that the 5G variant inherits its design.

Based on the shared build alone, you can expect the Xiaomi new model 2021 to have the same specs as the 4G model, save for the different Qualcomm chipset.

To review, the Redmi Note 10 Pro 4G has a 6.67” AMOLED screen, capable of delivering a full HD resolution at a highly responsive 120Hz refresh rate. With its 1200 nits of peak brightness, support for HDR10 content, and Gorilla Glass 5 toughness, the Pro lives up to the name.

The Redmi Note 10 Pro packs a 5020 mAh battery, capable of fast charging at 33W. You get up to 8GB of memory for multitasking and 128GB of expandable storage. There’s NFC, a side-facing thumbprint reader, IP53 dust and splash resistance, dual-firing stereo speakers, and of course, the latest MIUI included in the build.
