POCO M4 Pro 5G dropped in Pakistan on schedule over the weekend. It’s now available to buy from Xiaomi’s online and offline channels. The phone is a rebranded Redmi Note 11.

POCO M4 Pro 5G was announced via an online event on the brand’s Facebook page. It is the latest addition to the POCO M-series (their most budget-friendly line.)

Since it’s a rehash of a Redmi phone, the only difference here is the aesthetics. For one, the camera plate lies on a matte accent that stretches across the width of the phone. It’s a polarizing design with POCO’s branding stamped on it in giant letters.

The chip at the heart of POCO M4 Pro 5G is the MediaTek Dimensity 810. It’s a 6nm platform coupled with fast UFS 2.2 storage. Not only is it power efficient, but the chip can also run two 5G SIM cards at once.

Xiaomi's new Poco model packs a 5000 mAh battery that promises all-day battery life.  The manufacturer claims 12 hours of uninterrupted gaming out of a single charge. And the 33W supercharging support brings it back to 100% in just under an hour.

We’re looking at a 6.6” hole-punched IPS LCD that refreshes at 90Hz and responds at 240Hz touch sampling. The DCI-P3 space produces richer colors that pop. POCO M4 Pro 5G’s power button pulls double duty as the fingerprint scanner. The button’s concave design is much more seamless and pleasing than a typical groove in the frame.

50MP primary, 8MP wide-angle, and 16MP front lens make the camera system on the POCO M4 Pro. Dual speakers deliver stereo sound, even without earphones. The vibration motor on the POCO M4 Pro is fine-tuned to produce clear life-like feedback.

POCO M4 Pro 5G is offered in graphite and bright yellow. You can pick from 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB storage options, starting from Rs. 46,999 and Rs. 49,999, respectively. It’s a big jump in price from the POCO M3 Pro, which came out in May 2021.
