The Oppo Reno 14 series is going to debut outside China soon. We expect at least three devices to break cover at the global launch event: the standard Reno 14, Reno 14 Pro, and Reno 14F. The former two have already gone official in the Chinese market, but the Reno 14F has appeared for the first time on Geekbench, teasing its internal specifications.

Geekbench addresses the phone with the model number “CPH2743.” A recent certification from the UAE’s TDRA platform assigned the same model number to a device called “Oppo Reno 14F.” The certifier didn’t reveal anything of use other than the product title, but Geekbench had plenty to offer.

Now that we’ve established the Geekbench listing belongs to Reno 14F, here’s a breakdown of all the details provided by the tester. The first thing listed on the scorecard is the phone’s operating system — Android 15. It’s likely going to be overlaid by Oppo’s own custom Color OS 15 skin.

The CPU information we got from Geekbench didn’t specify the exact name of the chip, but it seems to have eight cores. Four of them have a 2.21 GHz clock speed, and the rest are 1.8 GHz cores. From what we know, the only Qualcomm chip that has the same core architecture is the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1.

This Oppo new Reno mobile has an Adreno 710 GPU meant only for entry-level gaming performance. The last thing Geekbench revealed is the RAM capacity. It seems the Reno 14F was tested on the benchmark platform with up to 12GB of physical memory. There’s likely going to be an 8GB variant when the phone debuts.

The phone’s test results were impressive. The SD 6 Gen 1 paired with 12GB of RAM showed its true potential on Geekbench. Its single-core results topped out at 913 points, and the multicore test results were even better, with a staggering 2669 points.

Other reports on the internet suggest Reno 14F will bring a 6.67” AMOLED with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1080p resolution. There’s likely a 5000mAh battery inside this newcomer, rechargeable at a 45W input. We expect to hear more about Oppo Reno 14F’s specifications before it goes official, so stay tuned and keep watching the news for more updates.
