OPPO Find N2 Flip Global Version to be Unveiled Soon; Launch Date Set for Mid-February

After months of anticipation and build-up, Oppo officially announces the date for Find N2 Flip's Global launch. For those unaware, the OPPO Find N2 Flip is the first-ever flip phone by the company, and they unveiled it in China back in December 2022. Ever since, the half-split phone has been doing certification runs on international platforms.

OPPO finally makes good on its promise. The N2 Flip is ready to debut on February 15th in London at 14:30, as mentioned in the chain's latest Tweet. The event will stream live on YouTube, and the link to get notified for the live event is already out.

Additionally, one of Oppo's international websites has listed the phone on a dedicated microsite. The Flip phone already retails in China, so we don't have to wait for Oppo to reveal its specs; we already know what it packs inside. Let's take a quick peek.

Folded in half, the OPPO Flip new model boasts a high-end 3.26-inch cover screen, more sizable than Samsung's four-generation spree of flip phones. Cover's resolution peaks at 382 x 720. However, the screen that splits in half inside is an entirely different story flaunting a 6.8-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.

The downside to buying a Flip phone is the battery life. Under N2's top and bottom hoods lie two batteries, 1190mAh, and 3110mAh, adding to a total of 4300mAh. Better than most flips, but not as good. However, energizing a 4nm Dimensity 9000+ SoC, the battery will probably last you a full day on normal usage. N2 Flip plugs back using 44W brick.

As with all flip phones, cameras come with a trade-off; the N2 Flip has a standard 50MP primary unit paired with 8MP auxiliary sensor. Under the folding screen, a 32MP selfie unit resides in a punch hole. Side-facing biometric, dual speaker setup, and HDR10+ with up to 1600 nits brightness are some of its flagship features. The phone might launch with up to 16GB RAM and 512Gigs of storage. A57 was the brand's last phone to be introduced in Pakistan and is currently available in two variants. OPPO's new A57 price in Pakistan starts at Rs. 49,999.
