The top-end edition of the F19 series, Oppo F19 Pro+, just went official. It shares most of its specifications with the F19 Pro, except that it has support for 5G and faster charging. The design is also slightly tweaked. Oppo F19 Pro is slated for launch in Pakistan on March 21, but it's unclear if the Pro+ edition will be joining it.

MediaTek Dimensity 800U -- from MediaTek’s range of entry-level 5G chips -- powers the Oppo F19 Pro Plus. Its CPU has eight cores, clocked at 2.4GHz. The battery capacity is 4310 mAh and supports 50W flash charging. It provides you five hours of talk time with five minutes of charge.

Pro+ variant of the Oppo F19 series has a 6.43” SuperAMOLED screen with an in-display fingerprint scanner, featuring a full HD resolution and 800 nits of brightness. It’s surrounded by a mid-sized bezel and has a hole-punch cutout for the front camera.

The camera system has four lenses: a wide 48MP f/1.7 camera, an 8MP 119˚ ultrawide sensor, and two 2MP macro and depth sensors. AI-based scene enhancement can recognize 22 scenes, from night plus to portrait bokeh and video modes. The selfie camera of the new addition to the Oppo price list is a 16MP sensor.

Oppo F19 Pro Plus has a build almost identical to that of the F19 Pro. At 173g and 7.8mm, the device has a slim, lightweight footprint. It includes a USB Type C port and a 3.5mm earphone jack. The shell is curved around the edges and comes in two colors — Fluid Black and Space Silver.

You get 8GB of memory and 128GB of storage that can be expanded with a microSD card. Out of the box, the F19 Pro+ features the ColorOS 11.1, based on Android11. If converted to Pak rupees, it starts from ~ Rs. 56,000 (without taxes).
