Infinix Smart 8 Plus Emerges on Google Play Console; Here are the Unveiled Key Specs

Infinix is making waves again with the upcoming addition to its Smart 8 series – the Infinix Smart 8 Plus. Recently spotted on the Google Play Console, the smartphone gives us a glimpse into its key specifications and design details. Have a look.

The Google Play Console listing comes embedded with a render of the Infinix Smart 8 Plus, revealing a prominent center-aligned punch-hole cutout surrounded by thick bezels and a bottom chin. The design suggests a blend of modern and traditional elements.

Under the hood, the Smart 8 Plus showcases the MediaTek MT6765 processor, likely the Helio P35. This chipset comprises four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 2.3GHz and another four ticking at 1.8GHz, providing a balance of performance and efficiency. The smartphone has 3GB of RAM, promising mediocre multitasking capabilities.

According to GPC, the new Infinix Smart model features a display resolution of 720 x 1,612 pixels, offering entry-level stats. With a screen density of 320 dpi, users can expect moderately crisp content. Running on the latest Android 13 OS out of the box, the Infinix Smart 8 Plus ensures access to the latest Google features and optimizations.

While the Google Play Console listing sheds light on several aspects, some details about the Smart 8 Plus remain under wraps. As Infinix continues to keep us in suspense, fans eagerly anticipate more information about the device. If Infinix Smart 8 HD’s recent debut is any indication, we have high expectations for the Plus variant. 

To briefly recap: the Smart 8 HD boasts a 90Hz display, dynamic island-style interactive features, a 13MP rear camera, and an 8MP front camera. Powered by the UniSoC T606 processor, 3GB RAM, and 64GB storage, it delivers a compelling smartphone experience backed by a robust 5,000mAh battery.
