If you recall, the Infinix S5 6GB is a camera-centric phone featuring an in-display 32MP front shooter and a quad-camera powered by a 16MP main lens, a 5MP ultra-sensor, a 2MP depth module, and an AI camera. The ultra-wide camera also doubles as macro shooter. Even on paper, this camera setup is uncharacteristic for an entry-level device.

The back-facing panel has a capacitive fingerprint flanking the vertically stacked camera. The shell comes in Quetzel Cyan, Violet, and Nebula Black colors sporting a subtle pattern.

Around the front, you’re looking at a 6.6-inch Infinity-O display with minimal bezels and an HD+ resolution. The punch-hole resides in the top-left corner. The chipset Infinix has picked for this model is a MediaTek Helio P22 platform, that’s combined with 6GB + 128GB and 4GB + 64GB configurations.

The internals draw power from a 4,000 mAh battery (but there’s no support for fast charging). Infinix claims that you can get up to 3 day’s usage out of your S5, thanks to the AI-optimized algorithm that allows for lower power consumption. The hardware runs on Android Pie (9.0) customized with Infinix’s XOS 5.5. Both variants of the S5 are now available at the discounted Infinix prices
