After launching its newest phone Huawei Mate Xs 2 in the Chinese market in April 2022, the company is also ready to release it in the other markets. Just a few days ago Huawei re-entered the Pakistani market with Huawei Nova 9. Now during one of Huawei’s key events, the company displayed the latest foldable cellphone device and some other gadgets. They confirmed that the device will be on the global market by June 2022.

The Huawei Mate Xs 2 was the start of the event with a 7.8-inch OLED display with an outward folding design. The phone is said to come in three colors; violet, white, and black. That too at a starting price of €1,999 or about (Rs. 423,000.)

The phone is designed with a 7.8-inch display but when folded, it shrinks to a normal size of 6.5 inches. The Inner display is equipped with a 2480 x 2200px resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.

The body of the Huawei Xs new model is made up of titanium alloy and ultra-light fiberglass. The back of the phone also features a microfiber material, giving it strength, durability, and a sleek look.

Other features include a 240 Hz sampling rate, a high dynamic range of almost 1.07 billion colors, and a nano-optical layer on the display to provide an anti-reflection effect. The Mate Xs 2 is equipped with the latest Snapdragon 888 4G Octa-core chipset along with the Adreno 660 GPU. It features 8 GB RAM and 512GB of built-in storage.

The battery capacity is 4600 mAh supporting the 66W fast charging. The final touches are given by the main camera that features a triple-lens system including a 50 MP wide lens, 8 MP telephoto lens, and a 13 MP ultra-wide lens. The camera comes with a dual-tone flash to ensure the pictures taken are neither too white nor too dull.
