Honor X5c is an entry-level phone that seems to be headed for Pakistan. It came out in China, the company’s hometown, just a few weeks ago, so it’s a relatively new build. Well, from what we hear, Honor will debut this handset in our market within the first few days of November, and these are its specifications.
This will be a flat device. At the top of this handset lies a TFT screen. The panel size is 6.74 inches, which is decent, but the resolution isn’t high enough to keep up. This X5c handset sticks with 260ppi and an HD+ 720p resolution. Honor did overclock the screen to a 90Hz refresh rate, so that’s something.
Like we said, this is a relatively new device, so they threw in the Android 15 operating system with Magic OS 9. But, we have to warn you that the device isn’t as powerful when it comes to processing because of its aged Helio G81 SoC and integrated Mali G52 GPU.
Well, the exact configuration is unknown for the Pakistani market. Let’s hope it comes in both 4/64GB and 4/128GB memory, so people have some variety with the Honor latest budget mobile. For confirmation, we’ll put a launch coverage on our site as soon as the phone lands in our market.
Storage and memory are a mystery, but not the battery and camera specs. Honor X5c in Latin America has a 50MP PDAF sensor, but that’s not the same for some other European and Asian countries. Those regions only get a 13MP Main sensor with a 5MP selfie unit. We are afraid Pakistani X5c is fated for the latter.
The X5c seems to use a dated Li-Po type battery, which is usually a sign of a bulkier and heavier device. But Honor managed to keep this phone’s thickness under 7.9mm. That’s not slim by any means, but not cumbersome either. The capacity of this cell is 5260mAh.
There’s only a 15W wired charging support here, so it will be pretty slow to refill. X5c does have a fingerprint, and it’s placed on the side. It even has dual-band WiFi and a 3.5mm audio jack. All that’s left to know is the phone’s Pakistani price, but we have to wait for the official announcement to confirm it. Keep watching the news.
