Xiaomi Redmi Note 13, Redmi 13C, and More are Getting HyperOS Android 14 Update

Xiaomi has initiated the rollout of the HyperOS update for several of its devices, including the Redmi Note 13, Redmi 13C (also known as POCO C65), and Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G (or POCO X4 Pro 5G). This update marks a significant interface enhancement that betters system optimization.

Millions of users have already embraced the HyperOS update, but now it's reaching numerous other regions. Among the models receiving the update, the Redmi Note 13 series stands out, having initially launched with Android 13-based MIUI 14. Surprisingly, the devices initially operated on MIUI 14, leaving users to wait for the HyperOS.

The wait is finally over, as Xiaomi has started rolling out the HyperOS update to Redmi Note 13 and Redmi 13C/POCO C65. Similarly, the POCO X4 Pro 5G (debuted in 2022) with Android 11-based MIUI 13 has commenced receiving the Android 13-based HyperOS update. This update is the final major interface upgrade for the device, as it will now solely receive security patches.

The update versions vary across the devices, with Redmi Note 13 and Redmi 13C receiving the Android 14-based HyperOS update, while POCO X4 Pro 5G has the Android 13-based version. Presently, Xiaomi's latest mobiles are already accessing the update.

POCO X4 Pro 5G users may receive the update through the Mi/POCO Pilots program, with global availability anticipated in the coming weeks. With Xiaomi Redmi 13C and Note 13 already available in Pakistan, the HyperOS x Android 14 update is a significant step up for users. We advise local users to watch out for this update.
