A new premium mid-ranger by Vivo has surfaced in China today. It's a 5G phone titled Vivo Y75s and is a successor to the Y74s 5G, released last year. A few China-exclusive certification sites, such as 3C and TENAA, revealed the phone's key specs. Now that it's out in the wild, let's take an in-depth look at Y75s' design, features, and hardware.

Right off the bat, the premium Mid-ranger welcomes you with an immersive 90.61% screen-to-bezel ratio screen. The panel on the new Vivo Y55's sibling is 6.58-inch wide and uses an IPS LCD with Full HD+ resolution (1080x2408p), a 60Hz refresh rate, and a 120Hz touch sampling. The upper bezel on the Y75 has a drop notch housing an 8MP camera for selfies and face unlock.

You'll find a triple-slotted lens unit on Vivo Y75s' rear plate. The camera platform has a slight extrusion, rectangular shape, and colors that complement the entire body. Inside, you get a 64MP primary, 8MP wide secondary, and 2MP macro sensor.

A MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC lives at the heart of Y75s 5G. And to boot up, the new 5G Vivo mobile uses a 5000mah battery rated for an 18W charging speed. Along with the Type-C cable option, you also have a 3.5mm audio jack, microSD storage expansion, power key embedded fingerprint scanner, and Vivo's speaker boost 3.0 feature.

Here's the part where things get interesting; Vivo Y75s 5G offers flagship equivalent RAM and storage specifications. The topped-out variant has 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, Priced at $315, which converts to almost 70,000 PKR. The base variant comes with 8GB memory and 256GB storage, costing around $272 or ~PKR 60,000. LPDDR4X and UFS 2.2 speeds boost the RAM and ROM, respectively. Plus, It has Starry Night and Iris color skins.
