Vivo, the Chinese manufacturer, begins preparation to launch not two but three new models in its V29 series. Joining the already available V29 Lite, the lineup includes Vivo V29, V29 Pro, and V29e. The information surfaced on the Google Play Support Devices List and the FCC, hinting at an imminent global launch.

The stats revealed by those listings entail 4505mAh and 5000mAh batteries for Vivo V29 and V29 Pro, respectively. The former brings 80W Wired charging while the latter juices the cell using 66W input. There’s a surprising hierarchical difference here, but Vivo has already teased 5000mAh (66W) for V29 Pro.

Under the hood, the V29 Pro flexes an MTK Dimensity 8200 processor, while the vanilla V29 likely features the Qualcomm Silicon Snapdragon 778G+. Coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128 GB – 256 GB storage options, these devices plan to offer ample space for all your data and applications.

Building on the legacy of the V27 series, the V29 lineup promises large 120Hz AMOLED displays. While specific details about the selfie cameras are yet to unwrap, it's safe to assume that vivo will continue its focus on delivering impressive front-facing camera sensors and high-end imaging. As reported by the rumor mill, the Pro model bears 50MP + 12MP + 8MP configuration towards the back. On the other hand, the standard V29 packs an OIS-enabled 64-megapixel primary shooter with auxiliary assistive lenses.

While an official announcement date is yet to be set by Vivo, the appearance of these devices on the Google Play Support List and the FCC indicates that a Global launch is on the horizon. We eagerly await more information and official reveals from the company. So stay tuned.
