Vivo V19 to Debut in Pakistan in Late April; Meet Vivo's First Dual Punch-Hole Selfie Camera

Vivo is introducing the follow-up to last year's Vivo V17, dubbed Vivo V19 in late April nationwide. This upcoming model is not to be confused with the Vivo V19 Single Selfie camera variant that was recently launched in Indonesia. Unlike the Indonesian edition, The Pakistani variant will feature a dual-punch hole design — something WhatMobile predicted in a previous post.

Vivo India’s official Twitter handle published a teaser poster for the latest Vivo V19, confirming that the Dual Selfie variant is also launching there on March 26. The same promo showcases a pill-style cutout for the front-facing selfie cameras. This twin camera setup rests in the top-right corner of what we expect to be an AMOLED panel. No word on the Vivo prices yet but the same teaser also points to an under-the-display fingerprint sensor.

Vivo has shaved off the V19 bezels all around, which should translate into a higher screen-to-body ratio. Speculation has it that the display will measure 6.44 inches, and deliver an FHD+ resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. Nestled inside the punch-hole could be a 32MP selfie shooter, rounded off by an unknown 8MP lens.

The back of the V19 comes in Piano Black and Mystic Silver colors, with chamfered edges. A lengthened rectangular housing occupies the top-left corner of the rear-facing shell, featuring the quad-camera package in an L-shaped layout. Citing the same source, the main camera here has a 48MP sensor behind it, that works in tandem with an 8MP ultra-wide shooter, and a pair of 2MP units — likely to be depth assist and macro sensors. An LED flash sits atop this entire ensemble.

As is typical of Vivo’s V-lineup, the build is camera-centric. The poster mentioned above teases the phone’s Super Night Selfie, and Super Wide Angle features, which means you can expect some excellent camera performance out of this mid-ranger.

The rumor mill claims that the phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 712 platform and a 4,500 mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging. Vivo might combine this chipset with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB storage options. Vivo V19 is expected to land in Pakistan in the last week of April with an expected Vivo price tag of 59,999 PKR.
