Realme has just made its entry to the Pakistani market with a successful launch of Realme 2 Pro and Realme C1. Now as 2019 has started, the brand has some new and exciting products for us under its sleeves. In an interview with the Indian media, the CEO of OPPO's sub-brand Realme got quite open, revealing the launch dates of Realme 3. The upcoming handset will be released in the first quarter of 2019 with a unique design contrary to the current trends.

Big or small, water-drop or dew-drop, 2018 was all about the notches whereas 2019 till now seems to be the year for Screen holes and the triple rear camera setups. Whether its Huawei Nova 4, Honor View 20 or Samsung's Galaxy A8s each of them is launched featuring a small hole dedicated to the selfie camera. And how can we not mention the Samsung Galaxy S10 lineup, soon about to join the party?

A trend that seems to solidify in the coming months but According to the Realme's CEO, Madhav Sheth, Realme does not want to join in as they don't see any value in it. Rather they would like to stick with the under 20,000 Indian Rupee segment. Well, we think its a job well left for the OPPO's subsidiary and cousin OnePlus that would be more interested in making a phone with a punch hole display and triple rear camera setup.

In other words, The Realme 3 could, therefore, play it classic with just a notch at its forehead just like its predecessor, the Realme 2 Pro. The CEO of the high-ranking Asian firm, however, did mention about introducing a device soon with a 48-megapixel camera (just like the Redmi Note 7), without revealing many details on its launch date or pricing.
