Ahead of the anticipated Realme 12 series launch scheduled for January 29, detailed specifications of the flagship Realme 12 Pro Plus have surfaced, thanks to a leaked retail box image. The Realme 12 Pro Plus with RMX3840 will offer a premium feature set, making it the highest-ranking device in the upcoming series.

The leaked details indicate that the Realme 12 Pro Plus will boast a curved AMOLED display featuring a high 120Hz refresh rate. The display, likely to measure 6.7 inches diagonally, is anticipated to deliver a sharp and vibrant visual at Full HD+ resolution, as suggested by previous leaks.

At its core, the smartphone will draw power from the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, bundled with up to 12GB of RAM and storage options extending up to 512 Gigs. In the camera department, the Realme 12 Pro+ will flaunt a 50MP IMX890 primary sensor with mighty specifications.

The IMX890 sensor, with a size of 1/1.56 inches, has previously been employed in flagship devices from BBK Electronics, such as the OnePlus 11 and Realme GT3. Additionally, more sightings on the internet have confirmed that the Realme latest flagship mobile will incorporate a 64MP OmniVision OV64B periscope portrait camera, complete with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS).

The periscope lens might support an impressive 120x digital zoom, offering users extensive flexibility in capturing detailed shots. The zooming sensor will compete with Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and more.

With these leaked specifications, the Realme 12 Pro Plus seems prepared to deliver a high-end display, powerful performance, and advanced camera capabilities. Realme enthusiasts eagerly await the official unveiling, and the new leak has only added to the phone’s anticipation.
