POCO X4 Pro 5G is an upcoming rebrand of the recently-introduced Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G. It’s supposed to drop at the MWC 2022 event. But a retail listing, containing the press images and specs, was published well ahead of the launch.

Xiaomi has mildly revisited the Redmi Note design to give it a distinct POCO look. The already conspicuous camera island has been stretched across the width of the phone and stamped with the ‘POCO’ branding. In addition to the black and blue colorways, the POCO X4 Pro 5G will also be offered in the striking POCO Yellow edition.

The rails are sharp and flat. And the hole-punched display is surrounded by slim bezels. We’re looking at a 6.67” Super AMOLED panel featuring a 1080P resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The rear camera system is a cluster of 108MP wide-angle, 8MP ultra-wide, and 2MP macro shooters.

The engine inside the new Pro Xiaomi mobile is the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 695. It’s a power-efficient 6nm platform powered by a massive 5000 mAh battery and Android 11 x MIUI 13. The Poco X4 Pro 5G ships with super-fast 67W charging support — advertised to provide a 100% top-up in just 41 minutes. You can pick from 6GB/8GB memory and 128GB/256GB storage options.

The speakers deliver stereo sound, storage is expandable, and the power button doubles as fingerprint security. Plus, the Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G has secured an IP53 rating against dust and water. It's expected to stay from ~ Rs. 69,999.
