After the successful launch of the Nokia G11, HMD has just dropped its successor, the G11 Plus, in UAE, and it is expected to hit the Asian markets soon. The handset targets the budget segment while offering some exciting features for the price. We have its specs and features to report.

The Nokia G11 Plus relies on a dual-camera setup for photography that resides in a rectangular bump. The primary camera has a sharp resolution of 50 MP, having a 2 MP depth sensor for assistance. The camera implements Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology to deliver dynamic shots.

On the front, the G11 Plus features a 6.5’’ HD+ IPS LCD panel with a 720p resolution, refreshing itself at 90 Hz. The display also houses an 8 MP selfie shooter within a water-drop notch surrounded by wide bezels and an even thicker chin.

The G11 Plus comes with a durable design made from sturdy polycarbonate material that has undergone rigorous testing. There’s also an accurate physical fingerprint scanner on the back of the new Nokia mobile. The Lake Blue color of the device changes hues under various lighting conditions, while a simpler charcoal grey variant is also available.

An octa-core Unisoc processor will most likely power the G11 Plus having a 4GB/64GB storage option supporting MicroSD expansion of up to 512 GB. According to Nokia, the G11 Plus features a long-lasting 3-day battery life; however, the battery capacity is not specified.

The new Nokia G11 Plus promises three years of security and two years of OS updates, while it is expected to run stock Android 12 out of the box. Other noticeable features include a 3.5mm audio jack, a Type-C connectivity port, and a rear-firing speaker.
