Vivo is one of the fastest growing Chinese brands in the smartphone market. After having revealed the Vivo V15 Pro, the manufacturer is now preparing to present its new bet in the mid-range market. We are talking about Vivo Y17, which is currently making a buzz on the internet.
Leaks are making rounds since yesterday about the new mid-ranger with a massive 5000mAh battery. Now we have got the complete specs alongside the retail box images.
Vivo Y17 is about to debut soon with 6.35 inches of screen, a water-drop-notch, and an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1544 pixels. Vivo Y17 comes equipped with an octa-core Helio P35 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. There is no information yet about the microSD card support but the leak confirms an OTG support.
Moving toward the camera the handset has a Triple lens setup at the back comprising of 13 MP main + 8 MP wide angle + 2 MP depth sensor. On the front Vivo Y17 has a selfie shooter of 20 Megapixels. There is also a fingerprint reader, placed at the back of the device.
The smartphone dimensions are listed as 159.43 x 76.77 x 8.92 mm whereas the weight is mentioned to be around 190 grams. Running on the latest Android 9 Pie software out of the box, the device has Vivo's very own Funtouch Os 9.0 on top.

The device is expected to launch real soon, however, no exact dates are specified. It is expected that India and Indonesia will be the first ones to receive the handset, in late April and after that, it will make it to the other countries including Pakistan.
